We are certified by GAF, North America’s largest roofing manufacturer. 

Because of our certification we have the unique ability to offer you a Lifetime material and 20 year Workmanship Warranty on your residential roof. If there is ever an issue based on our workmanship or the performance of the roofing material, you can call GAF and they will correct the issue.

How We’re Different

Most roofing contractors only offer a material-only warranty that does not cover labor (one of the highest costs associated with roofing) to reinstall the roof, or correct any errors made during installation. In many cases, these warranties only cover the membrane and flashing and no other components such as insulation. While these types of warranties are offered at no cost, they don’t cover workmanship and labor and this is where Guardian Roofing, Gutters & Insulation stand apart through our GAF certification.
