Brent gave an honest appraisal, discussed options to keep the repair job as low cost as possible and then gave a fair estimate. One other thing really surprised me. It has been my experience that whenever you need help from any of the trades (plumbers, roofers, electricians) they always suggest that the previous job was done poorly by someone who didn't know what they were doing, Brent actually complimented the roofers that did the torch down roof on our house remarking on the professional job they did.
