Dear Valued Customer,
I can’t believe another year has gone by so quickly! It seems like it was only yesterday I was packing up our Christmas decorations and Matt was trying to wrestle the Christmas tree out of the living room. How can it be November already?
November not only signals the changing of the seasons, it also holds one of my very favorite Holidays, Thanksgiving. In our hectic, crazy busy lives, Thanksgiving remains one of the few days where we allow ourselves to tune out all the distractions and instead turn our focus on those whom we hold most dear. Apart from our family and friends, Matt and I am most thankful for you, our clients who’ve entrusted us to care for your homes, and for our Guardian Team, who go out each day rain or shine, to get the job done.
It has been our honor to serve the local community over the last 15 years. Because you, we are able to do what we love and support the many families that make up Guardian. Guardian Employee Appreciation Harvest Festival
You can’t be the best at what you do without having the best employees. That is why Guardian Home Services celebrates their staff and families for everything they do. Guardian held its first ever Employee Appreciation Harvest Festival recently for staff and their families to have some downtime and enjoy family-friendly activities and entertainment.
Happy Employee’s Are Essential To Success
It’s impossible to have a great company without having employees that believe in your vision and are dedicated to helping customers with what they need. Guardian employees are known for being knowledgeable, professional, and courteous on every job under every circumstance.
Over 120 people attended, which is the biggest turnout Guardian has ever had for an employee event. What’s the secret to any great event? The answer is almost always the food. And this event did not disappoint. Guests left with happy bellies full of hot dogs, carne asada, and tamales.
One of the best ways to develop the spirit and morale of a workplace is by celebrating everything that they have accomplished as a team. Events such as the Employee Appreciation Harvest Festival let staff kick back and have fun with their families, co-workers, and colleagues, both in their departments and otherwise.
Creating A Family-Centered Company
Protecting homes and families is a big part of Guardian’s business, and it is no different when it comes to their employees. There were many activities for the kids, including pumpkin painting and face painting to go with the Halloween season. There was also a petting zoo with an amazing assortment of animals, as well as camel rides. Not only that, but the bounce house was a popular spot for kids to get their bounce on.
Music, Food, & Fun
The T-Mobile bus was also in attendance, and was offering family discounts for Guardian employees, along with candy for the kids. They also provided the musical accompaniment for the day with family-friendly Halloween tunes.
